Internal text messaging between Zephor Inc and its employees.

Who receives messages

Only current employees of Zephor Inc and its operating businesses (Treat Nail Salon and Jokbal Night Market) receive text messages from this program. Zephor Inc does not send text messages to customers, prospects, or members of the general public, and does not sell, rent, or share employee phone numbers with any third party for marketing purposes.

What the messages are about

Supply and inventory orders submitted by store staff, and confirmations of those orders
Operational notices such as schedule changes, store opening and closing instructions, and safety reminders
Replies to questions an employee has texted to the company number

Employees at Zephor Inc speak several languages, so the same operational notice may be sent to each employee in their preferred language.

Sample messages

Zephor Inc: Order received from Arlington Heights - napa cabbage 3, garlic 2, pork broth 6. Confirmed and sent to the supplier. Reply STOP to opt out.

Zephor Inc: Reminder - supply orders for this week are due by Thursday 2pm. Please text your list to this number. Reply STOP to opt out.

Zephor Inc: Quantity missing for napa cabbage and garlic. Please reply with the amounts. Reply STOP to opt out.

How employees opt in

Consent is collected in writing during onboarding. Each employee is given a paper consent form, in the language they prefer, that reads:

Zephor Inc — Staff Text Message Consent

I agree to receive text messages from Zephor Inc at the mobile number I provide below. These messages relate to supply orders, work schedules, and store operations. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. I understand that consent is not a condition of employment, and that I may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Signed forms are retained by Zephor Inc with the date of signature. Employees who do not wish to receive text messages continue to receive the same information verbally or in print, at no disadvantage.

How to opt out

An employee may reply STOP to any message from the Zephor Inc number at any time to stop receiving text messages. Opt-out requests are honored immediately and confirmed with a single reply:

Zephor Inc: You have been unsubscribed and will not receive further text messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe.

Employees may also opt out by telling a manager in person, emailing jooho@zephor.net, or calling (773) 875-2891.
