Staff SMS Program
Internal text messaging between Zephor Inc and its employees.
Who receives messages
Only current employees of Zephor Inc and its operating businesses (Treat Nail Salon and Jokbal Night Market) receive text messages from this program. Zephor Inc does not send text messages to customers, prospects, or members of the general public, and does not sell, rent, or share employee phone numbers with any third party for marketing purposes.
What the messages are about
- Supply and inventory orders submitted by store staff, and confirmations of those orders
- Operational notices such as schedule changes, store opening and closing instructions, and safety reminders
- Replies to questions an employee has texted to the company number
Employees at Zephor Inc speak several languages, so the same operational notice may be sent to each employee in their preferred language.

How employees opt in
Consent is collected on a signed paper form during onboarding. There is no text-message sign-up, no web form, and no verbal-only enrollment — a manager hands the employee the printed form below, the employee fills in their mobile number and signs it, and the signed form is filed with the date of signature.

Signed forms are retained by Zephor Inc with the date of signature. Employees who do not wish to receive text messages continue to receive the same information verbally or in print, at no disadvantage.
How to opt out
An employee may reply STOP to any message from the Zephor Inc number at any time to stop receiving text messages. Opt-out requests are honored immediately and confirmed with a single reply:
