These Terms of Service govern the use of the Zephor Inc website and the Zephor Inc staff text messaging program.
1. About Zephor Inc
Zephor Inc is a C-Corporation registered in the State of Illinois, USA, with its principal place of business at 2118 Central St, Evanston, IL 60201. Zephor Inc operates Treat Nail Lounge & Spa (2118 Central St, Evanston, IL 60201) and Jokbal Night Market (3580 Milwaukee Ave, Northbrook, IL 60062).
2. Staff text messaging program
The Zephor Inc text messaging program is available only to current employees of Zephor Inc and its operating businesses. By providing written consent and a mobile number, an employee agrees to receive text messages from Zephor Inc relating to supply orders, work schedules, and store operations.
- Consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of employment or of receiving any benefit.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to the employee's own mobile plan.
- An employee may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, by informing a manager, or by emailing jooho@zephor.net.
- Replying HELP to any message returns contact information for assistance.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Acceptable use
The Zephor Inc business number is provided for work-related communication. It may not be used to transmit unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent content, or to send unsolicited commercial messages.
4. Privacy
Information collected through this website and the messaging program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Phone numbers and message content are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Website content
Content on this website is provided for general informational purposes and may be updated or changed at any time without notice. Zephor Inc makes no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zephor Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or the messaging program, including delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
